Unspoken Longing” My heart overflows, eager to give—especially to the love of my life, which is you! Yet you persistently distance yourself from me. Why do you hide? I seek, but I can't find; You hide so well, within yourself. This separation creates confusion between my heart and mind, a confusion I struggle to swallow. Perhaps I am not your preferred flavor, but you are undoubtedly mine. My feelings, like the strongest glue on Earth, cling relentlessly. Yet maybe they fall short for you. I feel unseen, invisible to your eyes. You turn away, not toward me. Are you truly with me, or is it merely an illusion I choose to embrace? An illusion, I choose to believe and hold onto, like if my life depended on. Silently, I scream: “Look at me! Feel me! Love me!” But you remain silent amidst my desperate plea. Silent to your ears.
