UNSEEN TEARS
ln your eyes, l'm forever wrong, A scapegoat for every bitter song. You blame me for little strife, lgnoring my heart, my life. My feelings, trampled and unseen, Like auntumn leaves, crushed and lean. l try to speak, but you turn away, Leaving me to wither, day by day. Why must you criticise and score? Can't you see, l'm breaking born? lnside, l bleed, a silent scream, Longing for love, a gentle dream. lnstead of walking away, Why hurt me more, each passing day? lf love's lost let's part with grace, Not this slow torture, this endless peace. My heart, once full, now shattered lies, A mirror of tears, a sorrowful sight. l yearn for kindness, a gentle touch, But you, my love, have turned too much.
