unreachable
I am not meant for those who only admire the light but fear the fire. I am not meant for hands that reach when they are empty, but vanish when mine needs holding. I do not exist to be understood by those who listen only to reply, not to feel. I do not belong in spaces where I must shrink to fit the comfort of others, where my silence is mistaken for obedience, and my solitude for weakness. I have burned to ashes and rebuilt myself more times than I can count. And still, some will see only the flames and never the strength it took to rise from them. I do not pour endlessly into vessels that cannot hold me. I do not soften my edges for those afraid of the weight they carry. I know what I am— and that is enough. I am the storm, the calm, the fire, the wind. I am everything they could never contain. Some will never understand. Some will never deserve to. And that, is perfectly fine.
