Unheard Scream
When you lay down in bed at night, and the voices start to appear, and you squeeze you little eyes, And you shed a little tear. You hold onto the pillow and, curl up in your sheets and cover up your mouth, so no one hears your screams. I won't tell you to ignore them, Because they are a part of you, you know. They also need to be heard, And be loved. They're also part of your growth, just give them space to tell you all the things they think and feel, and remind yourself. This is the little me, that I didn't get to heal
