Undeterred Love
In love's grandiloquent embrace, I yearn to capture your esteemed gaze, My heart aflame, desperately seeking to find, A reciprocal affection in your mind. Like a moth drawn to a celestial beacon, I flutter near, hoping to beckon, The doubts that cloud my hopeful soul, As I silently enact my loving role. I gather words like opulent gems, To weave a tapestry of supreme esteem, Hoping to paint a portrait, vivid and true, Of the love that blossoms within me, for you. Yet, like a phantom in the desert's heat, Your reciprocation seems so fleeting, A distant mirage, elusive and frail, Leaving me pondering if my love will prevail. But still, I persist, with unwavering might, To ignite the spark within your radiant sight, For even if my efforts seem in vain, The love I hold for you will forever remain.
