Undertow
endless thoughts rampage crushing me underfoot I can't run, my thoughts are faster I am gasping for air I am grasping for hope but none is to be found only the tide comes to wash me beneath thoughts fire fast, as I flail without aim the surface is lost as am I deep beneath my despair. I hate nothing but the reflection mocking me with a fake smile eyes dead but for the kindness the kindness not meant for me the love only for those pure the affection for saviors I am not my hero I am not pure I am he who remains in vain as who I was drowns inside nobody can hear my screams but I do it never stops Never Stops NEVER STOPS SCREAMING I envy atlas, holding up the sky ever strong, always resolute he lives to protect the world I can't pick up myself I am weak, I am mute I protect only myself even though I wish for an end for God to take my suffering for my soul to sputter out but wishes voiced aloud don't come true
