Everything is tucked deep inside I hold it in so I don't cry you say everything will be fine but you don't understand I'm not alright I'm screaming out loud but no one here's me like it's not a sound I'm staring at my blank wall the minutes go by as if there nothing at all outside I look fine but inside I'm gone you say it's all fine but you don't understand me I'm crying I'm screaming I'm scared to go on I want to be free, free from this graveyard of hurt sadness pain hate and tears why don't you understand me?
