Unconscious
That night, my unconscious mind spoke. And, I know, that your heart broke. That night, I was out of my damn senses. Even now, as I write this, my fist clenches. When I realised that I broke you, My desire for you tenfold times grew. The next morning, of myself I was ashamed. And a million times, your name in my heart famed. That night, I was disappointed in you. Jealousy, which I felt, was something new. That night, even in the shadows, I saw your face. And even in my sleep I begged for forgiveness. That night, I hated myself for being so reckless. And then, my heart gave you a special place. And don't be afraid that we will lose each other, Someone like you, I can't find another. So please, forgive me, and I'll do so too, For, if you don't call me T-rex then who will do? So here I say, please stay. With all my heart I beg, please don't go away. Hold my hand and show me the way. In my darkest night, become the brightest ray. And, I promise, that night won't come again. I promise, I'll keep my mind sane. I promise, your heart won't bear another pain. I promise, I will hold your name under no stain.
