uncertainty
In love's uncertain dance, I took my chance, Unsure if right or wrong would be the stance. I followed my heart, for it whispered strong, Though the outcome played a different song. With hope in my eyes, I forged ahead, Embracing the path where love softly tread. Yet fate had its plans, a different design, And I found myself lost in love's grand shrine. Oh, the bitter taste of unfulfilled dreams, Where reality tore at love's fragile seams. But in that moment, I learned a priceless truth, That love's worth lies beyond fleeting youth. For in the depths of my heart's sweet refrain, I knew I had loved, despite any pain. And though the ending may not be what I sought, Love's essence remains, a lesson well taught. So I don't really know if I was right or wrong, But I followed my heart, where it belonged. And even though it didn't go as I planned, Love's flame still burns, forever in my hand. Romique
