Two people

The women within me. What to come out. But she is in fear of being judged for who she is. So she hid in her shield. Hopefully, no one sees her. They try to break her. But she hid her feelings, so they wouldn't see the true her. When she cries. She was hiding tears, so he wouldn't see her. She had no feeling inside of her. The only thing she wanted was to be herself. Not afraid to express herself. When she looks in the mirror? She sees a woman who has been broken too many times. Every time she takes one step closer. She lived, ever feeling behind. Too, she doesn't feel anything. She just keeps hiding herself from the world. But the person they don't see. Sometimes she takes a peek at herself. Sometimes she sees herself, but sometimes she doesn't. She questions herself all the time. She is making me second-guess myself. But she is not true to herself. She is two people in one. One is a victim. I have to fight to be myself. But she was scared to let herself go. But she put a shield to protect herself. Now it all coming back. But one thing she can save is to reach for the star. Then I am this Survivor. I fought hard to bounce back to myself. Trying to put myself first. So I can see myself the way I was before you
