TWO DAY TALES
Some bonds don't knock, they crash the door, No timelines traced, no myths of yore. A passing face, a silent wish- Fate served the spark on a coffee dish. Weeks of glances, veiled and slight, Morphed into talks that outlived night. No scripts, no lines, yet every word Felt like a song we'd both once heard. A drive with no set map or plan, , Yet still we knew just where we ran- Through laughs that looped, and sighs that stayed, Through fleeting depth we never weighed. The stars played mute, the roads were kind, As if the world lagged just behind. A borrowed night, a stolen dawn- And just like that, the girl was gone. No grand goodbyes, no final say, Just eyes that hoped she'd maybe stay. A hurried hug, a half-smiled face, Time left us both in that airport space. But not all tales are meant to fade, Some find their path, though skies have swayed. A spark, once lit, may brave the miles- Love sometimes grows in exiled trials. So here's to bonds that space can't sever, To fleeting starts that last forever. To souls that meet beyond all schemes- And dare to build on borrowed dreams. thoughts by Sourabh
