Twisted Dreams
Life feels like a dream, a surreal realm, A tapestry woven by some cosmic helm. We drift through days in a hazy daze, Lost in the maze of this endless phase. But beneath the surface of dreams so sweet, Lies a darkness, a twist, where terrors meet. As reality warps, nightmares uncoil, In this surreal dream, life starts to spoil. Once, we danced in the moonlight's gleam, Now, shadows haunt the edges of our dream. Is it still a dream, or a chilling scheme? As life turns into a horror, a sinister theme. Gone are the colors, the laughter's song, Replaced by whispers, so eerie and wrong. Innocence fades like stars in the night, As life's dream turns into a haunting fright. The walls close in, the dream starts to fray, As we try to escape, to find the day. But the nightmare clings, relentless and cruel, Life's twisted dream, a macabre duel. The line between dream and terror so thin, A blurred reality where we can't win. Life's illusions shatter, as we scream, Caught in this web, this haunting dream. In this eerie twilight, we search for the dawn, To break free from the horror, the dream foregone. But in this surreal nightmare, we're lost it seems, As life morphs into a never-ending dream.
