Twenty-two Years Ago
Twenty-two Years Ago Smoke filled the the skies of New York as towers were engulfed flames. A sad day for American people all it took was a hit from two planes. To turn a beautiful day into sorrow so many lives were lost. A day of absolute terror so many innocent paid the cost. This day will never be forgotten as September eleventh draws near. The morning of waking up and watching this with pure fear. Do you remember what you were doing that day Twenty-two Years ago? It was like watching something from an old scary show. So many lives were taken from us loved ones gone what a shame. A date to remember thank God for the ones that remain. I think of the heroes that went to heaven above. Giving their lives to save others doing it all for love. Don't ever forget what happened that cold September eleventh day. Twenty-two Years Ago when enemies took our family and heroes away.
