Tripping Daises
Tripping daisies, plaid-worn lazies, I always wanted to get high. Metaphorically stuck, stuck in the muck, I watch myself pass by. God never existed, My faith was all twisted, I believed nothing happens when we die. I needed to change, to sane from deranged, realizing my past life was a lie. And then I found God, who gave me the wink and a nod, and never did I question why. Now my life is better, right down to the letter, to the old me all I say is goodbye.
