tree of life
out of the womb, life appears no instructions, no guide through a journey of struggles unmentioned its days playing in the rain or playing your favorite game with your best friend those days mean everything imagine a tree where every leaf is a memory don't let the wind blow it off or the rain wash it away or the snow kill it because little moments like when the love of your life makes eye contact with you even for a split second mean everything remember the hot summer day when you had the best day ever at the fair on the fourth of july, slurping down a refreshing slushie through the heat, you were cold and through the sun, you weren't burned and every laugh is a second used wisely remember moments like these because they will shape your life and this may sound crazy but hold onto these for as long as you can because when your time is over- do you think you did enough? did you spend every moment how you wanted? think fast, water the tree finish what you started before you run out of time because afterwards, there is no more time. and for the rest of eternity, your existence will slowly fade, and nobody will remember you. there is no more suffering but when the last leaf on that tree falls off, praise it.
