Treasure house of memories
The Celebration of long anniversaries All in the treasure house of memories. Near, this window of my sweet home, But she's all stuck, in some syndrome . Once, In that thick frame I saw them Calmly, Eagerly waiting for their gem From there a ; shy, quiet, little maiden Flew into a wonderland of the unbidden. When I lived there, in my joyous home, Calling them loud in the air,"dad, mom " A joy as I utter those soothing sounds And there I once lived in godly bounds. All My life existed in their greatness, All My life's the shimmer of kindness. A soul adding some value to this unity This life adds some value to serenity And that day I exploded: asked in grief Where're those missing smiles of relief. Those kind words and deeds from them Making my life into a bold, brave stem In the heart of melancholic surrounding I lived like a bird with one broken wing, Where I drowned in a deep pain of grief, Urged to end a beautiful, cherished life. From that negative ,somber surroundings, The phoenix with fierce fire-flamed wings Waved to Celebrate the long anniversaries Into that huge treasure house of memories. - Gowri Jayasankar
