trauma dumper
"Talk to him," they say, "you’ll feel better." But what about me? Am I just to be used, a vessel for their sorrows, a place to pour their pain and walk away lighter? Is this my only purpose in their life— just to be dumped? Am I not a human being? Do I not have feelings, do I not deserve the love, the affection I crave? Am I that bad, that hopeless, that insignificant that I don’t deserve even the tiniest drop of love? So it must be true, what they bullied me with: I am only used for their sorrows, their free therapist friend, only without the friend part.
