Trapped
In the realm of learning, I sought release, From the shadows at home that never ceased, Yet school's confines gripped me in fear, As did the place where my heart held dear. Home, once haven, now a daunting zone, Where tensions lingered, seeds were sown, Afraid to stay, afraid to depart, Caught between worlds, a fragile heart. In this delicate balance I tread, Between two worlds, a path widespread, Hoping both can find harmony's key, A refuge at school, and at home, to be free.
