Tooth Ache...?

I'm having a tooth ache. I ate too much sweet yesterday. But I am not really sure... Which pain? It's blurred. Is it really the pain in my teeth? Or is it somewhere else in my body? Maybe, It cannot easily be healed, By simply brushing my teeth. Is it the pain in my mind; Wherein my endless thoughts run? Is it the pain in my heart; Wherein bounty of emotions is alive? Can my mother tell me, If what I feel will go away? And If I said go, will it flee? Or if I say stop, will it let me be?
