A lot of exes agree to go back to being friends But we were never JUST friends So how can we go back to something we never were? (Oh…Ik the answer, We can't) We can go back to how we were before we dated tho Yk when we always said we were just friends But that friendship was filled with Hidden intentions Because we liked each other the whole time We always denied it, but everyone could tell it wasn't js platonic And those feelings still linger There's always been a weird pull between us Present in every interaction We used to argue who was taller Always calling each other the north and south tower But now I think we're more like the north and south pole Because no matter how far apart we are, there will still be a connection between us We can try to be just friends I mean that's what we've done for 3 years But everyone still sees what we try to hide The chemistry that will never burn out We're so similar Even his girlfriend has said we'd make more since together And we tried to be for a week (before they got tg) But the issue is we're TOO similar When we try to be more than friends It's like two magnets with the positive side facing each other It just pushes us apart (the rest goes over word limit)
