Too much To Slow...
I try to speak, but words get stuck, Like heavy wheels deep in the muck. They roll their eyes, they say “just spit,” But feelings don’t come neat and quick. I need some time to find my way, But they don’t care they turn away. My silence isn’t empty air, It’s full of thoughts I cannot share. They say I’m cold or way too shy, But never ask the reason why. So I just nod and let it go Too much, too weird, too soft, too slow.
