too far gone
I’m too far gone, a fading light, Lost in shadows, swallowed by night. I feel the cracks, the breaking sound, A ticking clock, counting down. Unstable hands, a trembling mind, No peace, no solace left to find. Each day a war I cannot win, I'm losing ground, I’m caving in. I’m not the person I used to be, Fragments of someone I can't see. The fight is fading, the hope is thin, I’m slipping out, the darkness wins. Too late to save, too far to reach, The wounds are deep, too hard to teach. I’m breaking down, I’m falling fast, Each breath feels like it might be my last. Don’t try to fix what’s already lost, I’m shattered glass, a heavy cost. I can't keep fighting, can't pretend, This ticking time comes to an end. So let me go, I’ve gone too far, A burnt-out soul, a falling star. It’s too late now, just let me be, I’ve lost myself, I’m finally free.
