To My Heroic Dad
This is to you, Dad, the one who has always been there through my tough and rough times, through my worst and bad. You have stood by me through all the bad times of my life. I love you because you have always loved me for me, even when sometimes I act tough and strong. You know me better than anyone; you know my deep secrets, my worth. I love you because you have given your all, even when I didn’t show appreciation. But I know that you love me because everything you have ever done for me has been for my own good, and I appreciate that from you. Even sometimes when I don’t know how to show it, I want you to know that I do appreciate you and love you. I know I've said this a few times before, but I've never said this before: I want you to know that I look up to you, I see you as someone that I might never reach, I consider you as a great in my life. And this might be a little cheesy, well, it's a lot cheesy, but you're my hero. I don’t really believe in superheroes, but when it comes to you, I do.
