To love a sinner child
My most longed for dream is your worst nightmare My freedom is to your absolute dismay I fear I might cave because I look into their eyes and I cry in my confliction. It's such an ungrateful thing, for someone to care for you, feed you, keep you safe, teach you the way the deem right. And what in return? you conspire to flee far from them? What an ungrateful thing am I They love me, but they won't me go. They dread the thought of my fall into the wrong claws. But in my frame of mind those are the hands of liberation. The clear skies above the clouds of your doctrine. Why must you dampen my wings with your tears? Confuse me with your cries? I might fall. I might end it all. I am a sinner, do not save me. For your perception is flawed. I am a sinner. Let me be. Let me go.
