To Lay it Down
Today, I'll push to live to sit down and to grieve for all the moments lost, for love and what its cost. Before the flames burn high before this home collapse for all the times we tried, I'll let it all release. Tonight, I'll build a casket For the memories to lay beneath a quiet blanket, I'll set it off the bay. Before I cross these rivers before the last flame dies I'll gather remains of what this love contained.
