to him
I realized how deeply I long to be loved and cared for by a man as if my life depended on him, as if he were the only one I’d ever need. To have him by my side through sadness and joy, to build a family together even if the thought of pain and hospitals scares me. I just want to make him happy, to live beside him as if no one else existed, as if the world belonged only to us. And when we have a child, may they love what we love, may they never be like everyone else but a piece of both of us. It’s not about wanting stability. It’s about wanting him the boy with dark brown eyes and hair almost black. I don’t care about his body, only his soul.
