"to be strong"
Small, multiple spasms run through my body, accompanied by a continuous trembling, an uncontrolled pulse and breathing, and a parched mouth with watery eyes. The cold begins to take hold of my entire being, while my hands shiver and my vision blurs. I try to focus my gaze, but it only trembles, becoming even more unfocused. My cheeks, now reddened, burn intensely, contrasting with the rest of my icy skin; the consequences of "being strong".
