To Be A Woman
It’s holding your family like breath. It’s loving so loudly in your actions that nobody hears the silence you carry in your chest. It’s being the calm when chaos crashes. It’s being the arms, the shoulder, the spine, the glue. To be a woman is to speak in whispers but lead in echoes. It’s to cry in the shower, then walk out glowing. It’s to give, and give, and give — then get up and do it all again. It is strength wrapped in softness. It is fire behind the eyes. It is power. And pain. And poetry. To be a woman is to be the beginning and still… hold the end.
