Tired
In the shadows of my weary mind, A heavy burden I cannot unwind. Tired of the world, tired of the fight, Weary from the battles, day and night. Every step feels like a heavy load, Every smile, a mask I must uphold. The weight of expectations, pressing down, Leaves me feeling lost, feeling bound. Tired of the chaos, tired of the pain, Searching for a way to break the chain. Yearning for a moment of peace, A respite from the struggles that do not cease. In the darkness, I seek a spark, A glimmer of hope to light the dark. To find the strength to carry on, To rise above, to be reborn. Though tiredness may weigh me down, I know I have the strength to rebound. For within me lies a flame that burns bright, Guiding me through the darkest night. So I'll gather my courage, stand tall and strong, And face the battles I've been running from. For in the end, I'll rise anew, And embrace the challenges, old and new.
