Tired
Tired By: Julia Lachica Crdts to Marivil Boniza Not physically, not mentally, Just tired, Lost in a maze where I felt haze, I want to die, yet that thought ceases to scare me, I want a moment of silence But I hate the the sound of emptiness, Wanting for solitude yet fearing the loneliness it might bring, Longing to dance yet don't know where to start, Wishing to sing, yet a voice whispered saying I can't, Finding solace is what I want, yet don't know where to find, Just knowing the fact that solace, Could make it worthwhile, I read not for escaping the reality, Not for the knowledge I could gain, Not for the satisfaction, I read so I could cry I like birds but not because they're free I like them because they could fly far, far away where no one could find them, That no one can imprison them I'm hurt but I don't know why, I'm scared yet I don't know why, Is it the way he raises his voice?, Or the way he raises his hands?! I hate it!, the way she raises her voice, The way she blames me, Yet acts as like nothing happened, I'm fine, that's what my soul always whispered, I want to die But sometimes I don't I want to live But what for? Can someone please tell me if I'm still me?
