••Time travel••
Leaving soon, to some place better Hopefully far away from here I probably would say, 'See you later' That would be my cue to run even farther I ask myself if this place was that bad I've had to convince myself that it wasn't Who am I kidding? This place makes me sad Deep down, I should miss it; who wouldn't? A few corners and fewer moments The SON field, my portion of the room Definitely excluding the pests and rodents I'd miss happy times that made me glow and bloom I've had few turns and tosses in friends And others who'd remain nothing more than acquaintances I'd miss experiences that added to my strength Even if, I can only vividly recall few instances I've had to share a space with two A former that I wished I'd never met The latter that I admire for being real and true Both helped to shapen my mindset Initially, I'd have discarded everything And everyone tied to this place But now, I'd like to preserve something The memories and a few that helped me navigate through the race As time wouldn't be enough to capture The people that moulded me and I'm grateful for I'd like to put an end to this matter I'd miss all who has ever held me dear to their hearts ©Mega_word
