Time is now to Repent
In this ephemeral existence, we wander and roam, Lost in a labyrinth of sin, far from our heavenly home. But behold! The hour of reckoning draws near, A clarion call to repentance, dispelling all fear. The clock ticks on, its rhythmic beat, A constant reminder to seek redemption's sweet retreat. For in the depths of contrition, we find solace and peace, A refuge from the tempests that our souls release. Oh, mortal hearts, entwined in vice and pride, Awaken to the urgency that this moment provides. Let go the weights that shackle your feet, And heed the whisper of conviction's gentle beat. The Spirit's voice, a gentle breeze, Stirs the embers of our conscience, if we would but seize. This fleeting opportunity, this narrow gate, Leads to the promised land, where love and mercy wait. Repentance is the key that unlocks the door, To a realm of forgiveness, where we are made anew once more. So let us turn, with resolute hearts and minds, From darkness to the light, leaving the shadows behind. For in the economy of God's divine plan, Repentance is the currency that buys our pardon and span. It's the bridge that spans the chasm, deep and wide, Between our fallen state and the heights of glory inside.
