Time

They say time heals all wounds. That is a sentiment I have found to be untrue in my life. If anything, time has shown me that it will take a lot more than time to heal me. Hours of sitting in a therapists office for him to tell me, "Somethings you've been through you will never forget." That was the harshest reality I have ever learned. Time won't heal my mind, only medication and much more therapy. I wish it was easy to get better. My days in a mental hospital showed me that time can make me feel better, but it doesn't heal. I do the healing. That is something that time can not take the credit for.
