Till I can't anymore
Like a cold bird looking for it's warm nest Like a hungry baby hunting for it's mother's milk My soul in search of your true love has wandered To places so dreading it has blissfully reached Hoping tomorrow's song would change That you would for once tell me some palliating words All this I have done, till I can't anymore Day and night my pillow swam in salty waters Enjoying the soundless sobs, it calmed me, hoping all will be well While you told me you loved me, my soft heart would still lack it all The truth in your voice was profusely deficient Empty words pierced my heart like thorns My mind bled as you stabbed it mercilessly Indeed, I have cried enough till I can't anymore
