Thunder
We were walking Over the icy lake But didnt know that it was fragile As soon as we held ourselves The ground shook and it collapsed We drowned farther and further deep but you didn't 'cause I knew It had been you all this time you leaped towards me To pretend you had saved But it would be proved That it was all leading to something Big One night, we were in the park sitting under the tree shade I heard rumbling across the sky As the thunder shook our ground the tree fell apart upon us We didn't, but our thing had to die
