Some days, my thoughts run ahead of me... fast, wild, untamed. They carry stories I never meant to read again, echo names I swore I forgot, play reruns of moments that once broke me. And yet, somewhere between the noise and the remembering, a light filters through. Like a sunrise cracking open a tired sky, it whispers: you are still here. You are still becoming. I am thoughttaken, yes... but not broken. Not ruined. Not finished. Even in the rush of thoughts not mine, I’ve found my breath. Even in the spin of doubt, my heart beats brave. Some thoughts try to claim me, but they forget... I am more than memory, more than pain, more than yesterday. I am still rising. Still choosing. Still reaching for peace like it’s a birthright... because it is. Let them come. Let them go. I remain. And that is hope enough for now - to hold
