Thoughts

I'm constantly in my head, thoughts filled with sorrow. mind corrupted with trauma feeling filled with an unhealthy feeling of knowing what's wrong. blaming my self for every problem, sleepless nights and uneasy feelings. my thoughts are of the unknown
