This is me
I’m no stranger to shadows that loom, In the depths of the night, I’ve learned to bloom. They whisper their doubts, but I stand tall, for every scar whispers strength through it all. “Hide away,” they say, “you’re broken, unfit,” But I rise from the ashes, refusing to quit. Shame may have tried to steal my light, But I wear my battles, they shine oh so bright. When the sharpest words seek to tear me apart, I’ll summon the storms that ignite my heart. With courage like fire, I’ll drown out the hate. Embracing my journey, it’s never too late. I am brave, I am bruised, I am wholly my own,In this beautiful chaos, I’ve finally grown. So look out, world, watch me soar and decree,With every step forward, I’m proudly just me. -Anesubee
