Some people come into your life not just to be loved, but to be appreciated. She did not change who I am. She changed how my year felt. I did not need her presence, yet my days were fuller because of it. Moments lighter. Memories richer. She pulled me into spaces I would never have entered alone. Turned ordinary days into ones worth remembering. That is gratitude, charisma, empathy. It is who she is. And those things can exist without wanting anything more. I am simply glad I met her. Glad she was part of my 2025. Glad that, for a time, our paths crossed. That is enough. Well—her name is Grace. But Greycey is how I know her. Just like that. So when I say she, it is you, Greycey. Not as an idea. Not as a story. Just as the person who existed, and made moments lighter by doing so. That is all.
