things without permission.
I was born as dead as my ancestors. A mummy wrapped in bands of steel, while the others run wild, free and naked. A self loathing existence where I find strength in leftover battle scars. A vampire who won't kill for his food so he suffers hungry. If one believes they are their own god, their own creator...what do you do when your kingdom is disconnected? I look up to the sky for answers but all I see is a lone raven. Taunting my mortality with the symbolism of the end. The sky won't give me the answer I want. I'll look again tomorrow.
