There's no use

Explaining yourself to a narcissist is mentally draining. They'll get aroused from the power they're desperately gaining. I'm telling you there's no use, so don't even try. When you cut them off they play dumb and ask why? They'll use manipulations when you defend yourself against their abuse. It's so exhausting, so I tell my self what's the use? A narcissist will love bomb you so they can keep you around. They'll make you feel worse when you're already down. They need a group of people by their side so they can play victim. But they'll turn around and mistreat you when no one is with them. People who defend a narcissist only do so, because the narcissist narc them out. I'm trying not to lose my mind, but at this point I wanna shout! Those who did NOT grow up in a dysfunctional household will guilt trip you too. I'm so sick and tired of this, I don't know what to do. There's no use, it's like your stuck in a trap. A person can only take so much before they break down and snap.
