Then (sorry its messy)
“Then” I love you mostest!/I shout out to you/You say “you win again,/Like you always do” Then, our light, or love,/It flickered./Small, unnoticed, /Like a dimmed blinker. Then, “Hey, whatcha doin?/It's been a while” /I message, ending/It with a emoji smile Then, our light dimmed again/You left me on read,/You didn't understand,/But it had left me feeling slightly dead. Then I try a little less,/Everytime we hangout,/It went from dances nicely dressed,/To you just wanting to makeout. Then my light was shut off,/I question if you had even had one at all./I couldn't turn my light back on,/Even the smallest flame would fall. Then i sit in darkness,/Cold and tired./You still want more, /More of my fire. I plead, and plead,/Asking for a glimmer of light back from you./And I bleed, and bleed,/Knowing that I don't want to, I have to. Then, I exploded. Everything we had, /Everything we’ve known, I've set it aflame,/this is a deadly fire./This is not one of love or admire. I cast the flame out, /Everywhere I can./But someone catches it,/With a much gentler hand. I noticed how carefully,/he holds my light,/He’s ready to hold me,/And hold me tight. -Part 1-
