A young lad with a dream to sail the sea To find a place where he'll be free While in his journey he found thee A fellow to sail the sea He met a maiden across the fields of fidelity Perhaps it's destiny Or just simply a sailor's remedy To aid in his lonely journey Among all sailors he is greatest I've known Though lonely, he is not alone He has a crew with bonds stronger than sunstone In order to guide his sailor's backbone A young sailor with dreams to share Along with his mates who'll fix his hair He took great gulps of salt sea air Just a young sailor with a lot of flair
