The Winter, As The Time Sees
Half awaken town, that was In front of me, little drowsy, little fresh, Trying to emerge out of the blanketing fog, Doing away with the mist in mess. Like a teen, the town has blushed a little more, With the Dawn's first ray kissing its breeze. Intensely, the day sprang in, With a little more warmness, with a little more ease. Sun was red and round, From the far eastern horizon, it peeped, Duties alarmed in various homes, Some dreams had to be left half seen. The cityscape doused into serenity, Was brought back to the reality, Morning marked the beginning of the day, At various balconies with a newspaper and a cup of tea. The emptied road was empty no more . Life resumed with another day, Me, ticking and setting myself up, That's me, "Time", that is my way.
