The Weight of Me
Sometimes I feel the weight of me Is just too much for others to bare. All of my baggage, my hopes and sorrows, My tears, my scars, my cares. I am a heavy burden, I am a weight best not lifted, A trouble best left alone. But sometimes, when I least expect it, A wind from no where lifts me, A kiss soothes me, A hug reassures me, And I am whole again.
