The unfamiliar familiar
on a summer evening cloud grey, thick and overwhelming or was she overthinking she sits legs wild open, unfazed, unbotherd comfortable?yes,no,maybe so she gets up paces around a familiar space with an unfamiliar face she wonders while she wanders Did she ever think the house to be werey or has the house always been werey but she was to merry to be aware of it alone? yes lonley?yes,no ,maybe so she stands opposite a mirror one the wall not a broken mirror so why many pieces? Thesame but different Different but thesame Confusion like the Pacific ocean flods deep through her minds Reflections, but no recognition acceptance, but no expectance where, who, which is familiar? not too cold, not too warm not too close, not too far to be able to hold, not to be told and be bold Nevertheless,a good enough version not an illusion just up the notch with satisfaction And of she wanders again into an enclosed area they call it a room But she calls it a familiar space but this time with a familiar face or is this all a facade And off she goes dozing off too wonder land she likes it there because nothing is real or is it? Dreaming for the where? longing for the who? Hoping for the why? A faint smile appears on her face.
