The Truth To A Lie
A truth and a lie; how strong the chains of both. They bind securely, and, trussed together, stifle growth. To resolve the knot there is always hope. But neither prevarication nor troth will loose their hold so easily, nor determine right nor wrong, as feasibly as we could plea. So bold, so stubborn is this pair, and for each other, not a care; not for me, as so often I can see. Is this pairing but a tale of woe; a test, a trial to make us strong, or some labyrinthine path to forgo? Although sometimes we must discern a lie from truth; to learn the source, forsooth, we must choose by our own volition this strange perdition as a condition of a perfidious tradition, dilemma, for mankind, to wit. But then, frustrated, we must submit, "Oh, well then, never mind."
