The Train That Hurts My Soul
The train roars by, a relentless sound, A force that shakes the very ground. It passes by without a care, Leaving echoes of despair. Its heavy wheels, they crush my peace, A constant noise that will not cease. I feel its force inside my chest, A beating heart that finds no rest. I wonder if the train can see, The pain it brings so silently. It never stops, it never cares, As it drags me through endless stares. It seeks to hurt, to steal my light, And yet it moves beyond my sight. But still I feel it deep inside, A soul in pain, nowhere to hide.
