The thoughts of you
His memory lingers, haunting my heart. i try to hold on to your hand, but you just broke me apart. I didn't know how to act, to play my part. I was a puzzle missing pieces, a shattered person, I was broken from the start. emotions in disarray, hysterical. I longed for someone to guide the way I'm imparable. I wore a mask, a fragile display. Hiding the pain, pretending not fade. In the depths of my sorrow, I sought the cure, A healing touch, of love so pure. To stitch the fragments, my soul to renew. please promise me you'll never love anybody as much as I loved you. because though i may wish all the stars away, it's a reality untrue. You Can Dance the Night Away, paint the streets in velvety red. celebrate the lives that were lost, now dead. you can drink yourself to Glee. but instead in your chest you can feel it you regret it. you regret not making him stay this way you could sing the last song with him listening to The Melody of the piano he elegantly played you can stitch my brain cut it to pieces take it apart like a mind on a thesis we can't stop the feelings but we can take away the ability to comprehend just hand me your brain I'll fix it away and you can sway blissfully okay Why i have half a mind
