The sun will shine one day
In shadows deep, the melancholy lies A heavy shroud that blankets every thought The heart, weighed down by unseen ties In sorrow's grip, all happiness is caught The mind, adrift in seas of endless gray Loses hope and drowns in silent fears No solace found in the light of day Just endless echoes of regret and tears But even in the midst of darkest night A glimmer of light can still be found A spark of hope, a flicker burning bright To guide the way to solid, solid ground So though depressed, I will not lose my way For in the end, the sun will shine one day.
